When we were just getting started, Fine Painting of Richmond took a chance on us. Back then, we were cold-calling painting service companies, doing everything we could to help businesses grow.

Step 2: Ads That Qualify (and Disqualify)
We refined the ad strategy to filter out time-wasters and send only high-quality leads to the sales team:
Qualified leads (ready in 2 weeks, with budget) are sent to a landing page with the Facebook pixel, training the ad account to find more good leads.
Disqualified leads go to a separate page with no pixel, so Facebook doesn’t get the wrong signals.
This system allows Richmond's team to spend time only on leads worth pursuing—and it works.
With so many leads coming in, we deployed a Voice AI agent, which now handles inbound calls, qualifies leads live, and books appointments directly on the calendar.
